Terms & Conditions – 888pk Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 888pk platform, accessible at 888pk.co and its related mobile interface (collectively, the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by 888pk ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on 888pk, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms should be read alongside the 888pk Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 888pk.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 888pk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 888pk is strictly an 18+ platform. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your account, is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent suspension.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party or corporate entity.
• You are providing truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a date of birth that is accurate and verifiable.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 888pk or had an 888pk account suspended for breach of these Terms.
• You accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of 888pk is lawful under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction within Pakistan.

888pk reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction.

3. Account Responsibilities

Each registered user may hold only one (1) 888pk account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, mobile number, CNIC, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited at 888pk's discretion.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Updating your registered information promptly if any details change, particularly your registered mobile number used for JazzCash, Easypaisa, or OTP verification.
• Logging out of your account when using shared or public devices, including internet cafés and borrowed smartphones.

In the event you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 888pk support immediately via live chat. 888pk accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security precautions were not followed by the account holder.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 888pk Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 via JazzCash or Easypaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other supported banks).
• Deposits are credited to your 888pk wallet promptly following confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 888pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network connectivity issues.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods that have been verified and previously used for deposit from the same account. This anti-money-laundering requirement is non-negotiable.
• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC). 888pk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory documentation is received.
• 888pk does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, or banks may apply their own transaction charges.
• Any funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at 888pk's discretion, to prevent payment processing abuse.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets and casino wagers placed on the 888pk Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or market, which are displayed within the Platform. General rules include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. 888pk does not accept bet cancellation requests except in circumstances where a market is voided by 888pk at its own discretion (e.g., where an event is abandoned or where technical errors affect odds).
• In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a live casino game or slot outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned. 888pk's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed within the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and ODI series — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant cricket board. Abandoned matches, DLS-affected results, and other edge cases are governed by the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• 888pk reserves the right to void bets, limit stakes, or close accounts of players who are found to be exploiting pricing errors, using automated betting systems, or engaging in match-fixing related activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

888pk offers promotions including deposit match bonuses, free spins on slots, and seasonal offers tied to cricket events such as the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated within each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available only to accounts that have completed basic identity verification.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• 888pk reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim repeated welcome bonuses — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be returned to 888pk. Withdrawing winnings derived from an erroneously credited bonus constitutes a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888pk Platform:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in another person's name without their knowledge.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or terrorist financing.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 888pk staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law, while knowingly misrepresenting your location.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any outstanding balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Responsible Gaming

888pk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed exclusively for adult entertainment. 18+ only. We offer the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits in PKR, configurable from your account settings.
• Loss limits: Restrict the amount you can lose within a defined time period.

9. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 888pk content without prior written permission. Scraping, data mining, or automated harvesting of any content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• 888pk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including losses arising from connectivity issues, delayed settlements, or Platform downtime.
• 888pk does not guarantee that the Platform will be available continuously or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.
• Any liability that 888pk does accept shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your 888pk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 888pk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Amendments to These Terms

888pk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via SMS to their registered Pakistani mobile number or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period.

Your continued use of the 888pk Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting 888pk support via live chat.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which 888pk holds its operating licence. Where disputes arise, 888pk will first attempt to resolve complaints informally through its customer support team, accessible via live chat within the Platform during Pakistan Standard Time peak hours.

Users are individually responsible for ensuring that their use of the 888pk Platform complies with the laws applicable in their specific location within Pakistan. 888pk makes no representation that use of the Platform is legal in every jurisdiction and assumes no liability for users who access the Platform in breach of their local laws.
